Crochet hairband

Crochet hairband made with red heart and anchor no.20 thread. Length is 17 inch. Made 4 rows of popcorn stitch and a single green leaf pattern to balance it out. Joined the ends by twisting twice and then made a small flower to hold the chains.

Crochet tabla covers

Finally attached the doilies to felt backing to make the covers.

Crochet yoke

I made this irish Crochet yoke for my daughter's frock for her 2nd birthday. The flowers were crocheted first. I used my own patterns for the flowers. After the flowers and leaves were ready I pinned them to the cloth cutting then to the cushion.

While making the net I made a chain at the lower side and then slowly extended the net connecting the flowers and giving the shape of the cutting. Always pin the net as you progress so that it doesn't become loose.

Finally after stitching the frock , yoke should be hand stitched to the frock.
I am very happy with the outcome especially because it is my first attempt at irish crochet. I also followed some youtube videos for making the net. You have to hold your hand  horizontal and then crochet. It was a little tough but a great experience.

Tatted pineapple motif

Made this pineapple motif in tatting. I searched on a lot on net for the pattern and only found a similar video. Finally I drew it myself and tried it with no. 20 crochet thread.

I have tried to make a photo tutorial with the diagram. Each row is made separately. I have given the sequence of the rows at the side.
The first pattern is the one I intended to do but at the end made some changes.
